What an interesting site I found! I was in Kafountine in February for dancing and drumming. As being a midwife I visited the Poste de Santé and the Maternité and brought some sopplies. I was told that some midwifes from the US just had been there....must be you.. I come from Sweden and I don´t work with pregnancies and deliveries nowadays but with sexual and reproductive health in a wider range.
