We know the value of educated choices and work to provide you with information you need about what to expect during and after your pregnancy.

• Consultations with you and your husband/partner on the benefits of working with a doula, your birth preferences, labor and delivery options, preparation of a birth plan
  
• In-home prenatal visits for Birthing Hands doula clients
  
• Classes on: pregnancy and birth preparation; breastfeeding; comfort techniques, relaxation and other techniques to prepare for labor and to ease discomfort
  
• Advice, support and referrals to prepare you for the physical, mental, and emotional adjustments of pregnancy
  
• In-home prenatal massage, rebozo and acupressure
  
• In-home personalized childbirth education
  
• AquaDoula tub rental
