Your journey to motherhood begins with an anticipation of welcoming a healthy baby into the family. We know that the most satisfying birth experiences come about when the expectant mother, her husband, or partner and family are physically and emotionally prepared for each of the three birthing stages—prenatal, labor and postpartum.

Birthing Hands classes are taught by experienced, professional doulas, lactation consultants, massage therapists, perinatal educators, and other birth and health care professionals depending upon the subject area. Each one of our seasoned instructors shares knowledge with care and understands her role as an informed guide in a woman's journey to motherhood.
